IOT Sensor’s: Temperature sensor’s

Introduction

A temperature sensor is a device that measures the temperature of a physical system and converts the temperature into an electrical signal that can be read and processed by a controller or computer. Temperature sensors can be classified into two main categories: contact and non-contact. Contact sensors, such as thermocouples and resistance temperature detectors (RTDs), physically touch the object or surface being measured, whereas non-contact sensors, such as infrared sensors, measure the temperature of an object by detecting the thermal radiation emitted by the object. Some common types of temperature sensors include thermocouples, RTDs, thermistors, infrared sensors, and thermopiles. They are used in a wide range of applications such as HVAC, industrial process control, home appliances, automotive, medical, IoT and many others.
